Vintage timber trestle table

Beautifully weathered antique trestle table, owned originally by Gateway Baptist Church in Launceston. Perfect for a work bench, shop or market stall display, kitchen island, or as a side table for food and drinks at events and holiday gatherings. It is slightly too high to work as a desk or dining room table, but it could possibly work for occasional outdoor seating with raised beach seats. Vintage trestle tables are hard to come by, and work well for storage as the legs fold down.

Condition

The table top has been waxed and polished prior to listing. Its surface is marked and stained forming the best type of patina. The edges have worn in places but have become smooth over time. There are some white paint marks down the side of one of the trestle legs, see photos.
